THE DRESS
It was vintage style dress from Phase Eight, with lace cap sleeves and keyhole cut out at the back. The dress was A-line from the bust and had intricate beading with little silver beads on the body of the dress. It was extremely comfortable to wear and only had a little train.

THE PHOTOGRAPHER
The fabulous Lorraine Cryan
THE RECEPTION
It took place in Ballyseede castle, Tralee which was magical. We had the entire castle to ourselves and it made the day all the more special. We initially went there for a weekend after we got engaged and just fell in love with the place. Think Downton Abbey but with a big Irish wolfhound called “Mr. Higgins ” walking about. I’m a vintage girl at heart and felt right at home here. The food was amazing and everyone who attended the wedding commented on this. The staff are so attentive and welcoming and this was another thing that guests picked up on.
HIGHLIGHTS OF THE DAY
The day goes by so quickly so our personal highlight was when the staff gave us ten minutes to ourselves before dinner to allow everything to sink in. We were just so excited to be married and have the time to talk about how the day was going.
THE HONEYMOON
We spent 14 days in the Dreams Riviera Cancun
