Paddy Barnes has tied to the knot to his long-term love this weekend.
The Olympic bronze medallist said “I do” to Mari Burns in a stunning Northern Irish ceremony.

The happy couple joined family and friends at St Bernard’s Church before a reception at Ballymena’s Tullyglass Hotel.
Fellow boxers Carl Frampton and Michael Conlan were Paddy’s groomsmen for the special day.

Taking to Twitter, the bride thanked everyone for their support: “A big special thank you to all our friends and family for making our day so special. So glad you all came to celebrate with us, had the best day of my life and was to touched to have everyone there supporting us.
“So much love and memories I will never ever forget.
“But honestly thank you so much we are very lucky to have such great people around us in happy times but more Importantly in bad times also. Thanks for the love Mrs Barnes.”
