Corrie’s Melanie Hill has tied the knot in a low-key affair in North London.
The soap star- who plays Cathy Matthews on the show- married film producer Jim Daly.

The bride went for a very alternative and modern look as she celebrated with close family and friends.
“Her leopard-print coat and bag were topped off with a £120 pair of white Doc Martens emblazoned with red love hearts.
“Melanie – who plays kebab shop worker Cathy Matthews in ITV soap Corrie – got hitched at a pub in Muswell Hill, North London.
“The Sunderland-born star has lived in the area for the past two decades.
“Around 30 guests watched the couple exchange vows. None of the Corrie cast were spotted at the event,” reports The Mirror.

Melanie was previously married to Game of Thrones star Sean Bean from 1990 to 1997, they also have two daughters together.
The character of Cathy has been a big hit since arriving in Weatherfield, enjoying romances with Roy Cropper and now teacher Brian Packham.
