Reps for Port and her fiancé Tim Rosenmann confirmed that the pair exchanged vows at a ceremony on Saturday evening.
The pair first began dating in 2012 before announcing their exciting engagement news a year later in November 2013.

The 30 year old rose to fame in the first wave of situational reality TV shows, The Hills and The City before acting as a judge on Britain and Irelands Next Top Model.
