THE RECEPTION
Leixlip Manor and Gardens. It’s a small country house venue and it suited us perfectly, it was elegant and the attention to detail was superb, we trusted them completely. The venue has lovely little touches such as birdcages filled with candles and a great patio area so guests could enjoy the sun. It was a perfectly sized venue for us and our guests and we felt completely at ease. It also suited us as it was exclusive to us and we where not in a big hotel which wouldn’t suit what we wanted.
HIGHLIGHTS OF THE DAY
I loved the time after the church when we got some photos because it was our first chance to talk to each other alone since I had walked into the church. I kept asking what he thought of my dress, shoes, hair, everything!
HONEYMOON
We went on honeymoon one day after the wedding, we went on a Mediterranean cruise and we were still on a high from the wedding.
